You may make bookings for any of the above training courses by contacting the company on the
phone number on the contact page, or, if you prefer, by e-mail. Please contact the company

MIS for bookings on the courses presented on behalf of / in collaboration with that company.
Course booking terms and conditions
All prices noted for London based courses above are subject to UK VAT at standard rate (currently 17.5%).
On receipt of your booking a confirmation of course availability and an invoice (incl. VAT) will be issued.
On receipt of the full course remittance any ACi-train’ complimentary software will be dispatched to participants.
Joining instructions are dispatched direct to participants nearer the date of the course concerned. A summary
of the company’s standard booking terms and conditions can be found below.
London Venue
All Lywood David International Limited London based open courses are held at the
Institute of Directors, 116 (or 123) Pall Mall, London SW1. The venue is within five minutes
walk of Trafalgar Square in the heart of London. For further details please click on the Venue link
in the drop down menu. Venues for MIS or other companies’ courses will be separately notified by the
company involved.
Course fees
Course fees are fully inclusive of tuition, documentation, refreshments and lunch each day.
Refunds
Full refunds are available for a cancellation up to 1 month prior to a course.
Nearer the date, should a delegate be unable to attend a course, a substitute may be proposed by the
nominating company/bank at no additional charge. Otherwise the original nominee's name will be transferred
to the next available similar course and an administrative fee of GBP 75.00 charged to the
nominating company/bank.
Unavoidable cancellation
If, for any reason, the re-booking noted above does not suit your company/bank and a cancellation is then
or subsequently requested, Lywood David International Limited reserve the right to
charge a cancellation fee according to the following scale:
within 7 days of the course date: 100 per cent of course fee + VAT

Where necessary accommodation at or near the course venue can be arranged (preferential rates are
available at The Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel, Whitcomb St., London WC1) - 200 metres from the IoD
